Kristine was great. Very nice and helpful. Wasn't too pleased that our car wasn't able to be diagnosed and worked on the same day. I understand places are busy but we had already waited a week to get the car into the shop.

I've had to return several times to get the job completed and was with a loaner car for a full month. They did okay but it could have been more efficient and less disruptive and time consuming for me. All covered by warranty.
