We had to come down to the dealership not once..
Twice...not even three times. Nope we had to come down there FOUR TIMES for an oil change, tire rotation and a simple harness fix (recall). So no, we are not happy. It absolutely felt like our car got pushed to the bottle of the pile multiple times and quite frankly we needed it done sooner with kids and carseats to haul around. I'll be 100% honest, the service was so poor I probably won't ever go back for any service even if it was free. My time is more valuable than you feel like it is making us come down there 4x. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very quick to get my car taken care of. I have a two and a half hour drive there and back home so I was very pleased he took care of me.
Cecil was very friendly and professional and my update took less time than I expected.
I was told the car wash would be a hand car wash, but I don't believe that it was because my vehicle was returned with the license plate bent. I definitely did not love that. The woman in the service department was wonderful. The two men could use improvement.

You would think for somebody who spends $700 that I could get my car back with a clean windshield. Please take a minute to run the car through the car wash, clean the windshield before returning it to the customer
