Easy to get a timely appointment. Length of service was short. Texted me when service was completed. Made recommendations of a couple of things to do at next service or that I personally could do. No "up selling".

Tech erased all of my saved settings. Have to reset everything, from phone connection to correct time, Sirius xm favorites etc. VERY FRUSTRATING

Many calls were made to schedule an appointment, and no one ever answered in the service department. Due to this the appointment was forced to be online.

Hyundai of Loveland was fine. It was the scheduling of the service that was done offsite. They were terrible once I got the number for the Loveland facility. Everything was fine.

A2 hour wait for a wheel rotation seems extreme. I don’t blame the service representative this. The service bays were backed up with vehicles when I got there at 10:30. Perhaps this was unavoidable because of an unexpected situation like people not being able to make it to work? It definitely was not Karin’s fault. She very kindly walked me to my car when service was completed.

After sitting on your lot for 3-1/2 weeks waiting for a new transmission to come in both the outside and inside of the car were filthy. Subaru would have at least washed my car for pickup.

We were both told the total would be $317 when she called and it ended up being $515?! Never did she mentioned that number. Also our appointment was at 10:30, am and it was 2pm and it still had not even been pulled in! We got it back at 5:30pm.
