Great speedy service. I will be turning my car in at Crossroads when my lease is up in March 2027….and I expect a better deal than I got in Aurora on a new one! My sweet heart leased one for $100 less than I’m paying and I expect the same next go!

I took my car in for a recall, which ended up being a larger job than first thought. Brett and all of the service team were super professional and patient with the process. They provided a loaner, that without, I couldn't transport my special needs daughter. I am thankful for Brett and his entire team!!!

4 grand for simple things a quick lubewill do for 600 is unacceptable. Ive already gotten the 2000g if not more of parts that was recommended to me for 600$. This is solely for the management team to hear because this is just unrealistic to expect someone who barely gets by, like alot of people, to pay 4 grand for simple matinence. And to be charged 125$ to be told what I’ve already known, 125$ to just have someone look at my car and drive it not even take off any door paneling or have a real in depth inspection, feels unjustified and makes me very unsatisfied like I payed to hear what I already know. Now please do not misinterpret my dissatisfaction with the prices and decisions made by management as me being discontent with the service provided by the techs. I am very satisfied with what they did do and how well they handled my car, as well as the friendly ness and help/ explanations from Cecil.

This is nothing against Cecil, but a wash and vacuum would be greatly appreciated with service. I believe I was actually told that was included by my salesman when I leased the vehicle ????
