We were able to get in right away and they fixed the two recall issues within an hour and a half, so it was great!
when i took my car on thursday i got there and i didn’t have the best service with the guy at the front and they had got in touch with my warranty after i called back twice that day. the lady that had answered told my dylan will call me in an hour to talk to me more about it but i never got a call back even after i called again. the next day they let me know they did get denied for my warranty twice and i would have to pay out of pocket come to find out they lied to my warranty and i had to get my car towed to my dealership and had it covered by my warranty.
Cecil was very responsive, respectful, followed up on tasks he said he would and provided excellent customer service while explaining things well. Gary, the service manager, did not provide good customer service, did not follow up on things he said he would do, and spoke to me in a rude and demeaning tone. To follow up my extremely disrespectful conversation with him, my vehicle was returned to me worse than when it came in due to lack of testing and poor management. He gave me my vehicle with the belt installed incorrectly resulting in my engine over heating which can lead to further problems. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from the Gary Burton.

I had an oil change scheduled for 1:30 PM last Thursday. I arrived around 1:25 PM and informed Brett that I would be waiting at the dealership. However, my car was not ready until 4:00 PM. I had to pick up my brother from school at 3:30 PM and arrived around 4:16 PM to get him. There were hardly any updates, and they didn’t even discuss my car with me. I was very disappointed with the service.
