I was called by someone who worked there when I got an oil change last time (2/25/25- from ****-****-xxxx) and it leaked all over my driveway and my local street and had to drive back literally arriving with my car warning me it was out of oil as I was pulling up. I missed a day of work also. I was told by an employee there that because of that you guys can replace the filter and replace the oil that was lost. I was also offered by an individual who worked there and told me I was gonna get a few complementary services and some extras. When I went there today to get my oil change, the maintenance team was not aware of this And they told me I have to pay for the service so I paid out of pocket for my oil change today and I saw How your team was not able to communicate amongst each other. That is why my experience wasn’t the best and unfortunately now I have to spend more time to try to figure out who the individual was that gave me those offers after spending a half hour today, trying to figure out who that individual was just to get what I was told I would get.
