Im actually surprised at how many issues I have had with my 2015 Genesis (which I bought used), compared to the 2012 Sonata )which I bought brand new and kept for 11 years (so thankful for my extended warranty!). Because my car has been to Crossroads soooo many times, Cecil and I are on a first-name basis (although he always calls me Miss Miller) ???? Cecil does a great job and is a friendly, welcoming representative for Crossroads Hyundai.

when i took my car on thursday i got there and i didn’t have the best service with the guy at the front and they had got in touch with my warranty after i called back twice that day. the lady that had answered told my dylan will call me in an hour to talk to me more about it but i never got a call back even after i called again. the next day they let me know they did get denied for my warranty twice and i would have to pay out of pocket come to find out they lied to my warranty and i had to get my car towed to my dealership and had it covered by my warranty.
