Car runs good, mechanics certainly seem to have done a good job. I don’t remember having the large crack in the 3 month old windshield.
Other than that, I don’t like surprises. Being shown a process, is about as likable as the WiFi situation in that place, or an engine failure at 108k to begin with. Or a $2800 bill attached to a warranty job. That’s just my personal opinion, good mechanics though.
At 8 am it's hard to be pleasant sometimes, but Dylan was the exception. Upbeat and courteous from start to finish. He's your best asset when customers are a little unfriendly at 8am.

It’s not Brett’s fault. When I made the appointment, I was told the parts had been ordered and were on their way. That’s the whole reason I made the appointment.
Then Brett tells me the parts are custom and must be ordered. Well, duh-uh…. Deja vu all over again…
It’s like this whole experience was designed to cause me maximum irritation…

The service department opens up at 7:30am, I was there at 7:30am which had to be one of the first appointments. I was told it would be 1.5 hours, after two hours and seeing others leave before me, I started asking if the vehicle was ready. No updates were given and I feel the time it took and lack of customer service were unacceptable. It was my last courtesy oil change from the vehicle purchase and I’ll be looking for somewhere else for my next service needs.
The team was great as always. However I did come in with a coupon I received from Crossroads for $40 off a synthetic oil change. However I was charged full price. Additionally the price quotes I was given for additional work did not add up correctly. It felt very dishonest
Well, the service was fine. I think many customers would appreciate it if the estimated time of service were somewhat accurate. When I made my appointment, I was told on the phone service would take 60-90 min. When I showed up at 8, this was again reiterated, 60-90 minutes. I sat and waited. At 9:30 [90 min] I had not heard anything. At 9:45 I walked up to the desk to ask about my car and was told it was ready but waiting for detailing. And most frustratingly, excuses were made for why it wasn't ready to go. Customers, including me, don't care or want excuses. We want communication. If I had been told at 9:15 that the detailing bay was busy, I would have told the team my car didn't need washed and I would have made it out on time. I think communication was lacking, and I hope this feedback allows you to help the team better their customer service.
