Communication was very good as far as follow-up when the part was available and giving me updates on the work. The shuttle is also a great and timely service. While I don’t think they believed me that the technician had scratched the screen while cleaning the vehicle, I appreciated that they still agreed to make it right.
Appreciated the complimentary car wash. Only service issue was very minor: slow leak in tire was repaired but tire pressure was left at 45 psi instead of normal 32.

The tech left the plastic bins off the glovebox when they checked the filter. After leaving I discovered the knobs were sitting in the passenger seat. When I opened the glovebox, everything came out and the box as well. I didn’t approve for them to replace the Incan. Filter since I had an extra at home, but they should have replaced all the plugs after opening the glovebox
It went very well, they honored my free oil change and took the exact amount of time they said it would. No complaints
The time of the service took more than 2 hours. I came in for an oil change that included a multi inspection and car wash. At the 2 hr time I went to the service desk to ask for my car, they said it was in the car was bay but the car was had not been done yet. This is a very long time for an oil change.
I had also left the dealership and my check engine light came on.
