The woman at the checkout desk was very helpful and kind.But the mechanics didn’t change oil service date, and when they changed the cabin air filter they left leaves in the blower. These problems were resolved, but they shouldn’t have overlooked them to start with.

There is grease all over my white visor from today's visit. I am not happy with the service and every time I have brought my car in to be serviced I leave with something else wrong with it. Last time something wasn't screwed down correctly and not my visor is ruined with grease stains.

I would have liked better support for getting my Apple CarPlay to work again. It was kind of like, “It’s not our fault, it’s Apple. Can you confirm that there is no available resource via Hyundai to assist with this problem?

It was my first time to this dealership and although Dylan was kind he was a bit snarky when I asked him where the waiting area was and said... just where it was I didn't move it. I was kind of taken back by that comment and told him that was my first time and then he stood up and showed me where it was. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. I'm not sure I'll come back to this dealership
