They said they washed my car and even included it in the receipt (for free, but still made it official) and my car wasn’t even close to washed. It looked exactly the same. I wish they didn’t lie and tell me my car was washed when it clearly wasn’t.

I was a little disappointed there was no car wash. It is shown everywhere in your store that they are free with any service. Don't advertise that if you aren't doing it. Everything else was great.

The entire process could have been expedited and resolved with just one phone call, I requested it 5-6 times, check your messaging log. The messaging app is impersonal and definitely delayed the entire process. It is not user friendly and elderly people would find it challenging to use

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but it still took two hours to complete. When I went up to the front to follow up, I noticed my vehicle was already parked outside—clearly finished for a while, as other completed vehicles were already parked behind it. On top of that, my check engine light came on for the first time shortly after leaving the dealership.

Your technician completed the oil change and “inspection” in about 35 minutes. The counter fella came to let me know, He said there was some recommended service based upon mileage (fluid flushing etc) but we could discuss and the car was ready to go. I asked about the noise coming from the drivers side rear, it sounded to me like the brakes, but I was waiting to hear what they found. I insisted they look again. My rear brakes were metal on metal…you could hear the grinding as they drove it back into the service bay. Your technicians put my life in danger by being very bad at their jobs and now I can’t trust anything I am told. To make matters worse I was made to wait over 5 hours before eventually being given a loaner car at 5:45 pm. Once again your service department either has no idea how to estimate, plan, and execute service or they do and just don’t want to give out a loaner vehicle. I was finally told that all the work was completed except putting the brakes back together and since that would take some time ( it was already 5:45) they would give me a loaner as people were going to be going home. I was assured that the tech had agreed to stay late to finish the job and I could get my car anytime the next day. At 8:00 am the next day I received a door open alert from my BlueLink app. At 9:15 I received an engine idle notice from the app indicating that the car was on and running at idle for 15 minutes. I received several of those notices -at one point my vehicle status was car on, doors unlocked, hood open and had been running at idle for 55 minutes. Clearly the service was not completed the evening prior. Your team was willing to put my life at risk, made me wait over 5 hours for a job to be complete led when you knew it wouldn’t be. I never once saw or heard from the service manager who was hiding in his office.

Phone calls are important, but not at the expense of the customer right in front of you. It only takes 2 seconds to say I will help you as soon as I complete this call. On busy days, it would also be advisable to have more than one service rep on duty.
