Was told vehicle should be done in a few hours when making appointment. Told by end of day when I arrived. Never offered loaner with warranty work. Car was not done by end of day and discovered car was not looked at again till mid morning. When picked up 2 days later still had rattle but less. Was told it was a normal rattle caused by valve tapping in the engine and I just needed to change the oil at 5000 miles instead of 7500.

Everything went good. We were not upsold, and the vehicle was taken care of. We love bringing the car to a place we can actually trust. Only piece the service team missed was resetting our oil light, however we did that when we got home. Easy fix. Thanks

Dylan was very helpful in getting my vehicle in and serviced. Initially, the general service number didn't seem to be getting my messages to Dylan, but once I called his direct line, he was extremely helpful and the process was very smooth.

Came in for three problems, including a broken radiator and missing bottom plate, a broken front plate of the car, and stereo issues. I did not check if the audio was resolved, but the front of the car was still broken by the time I was told to pick it up.
