stevenson hyundai is 5 mins from house but service at crossroads is amazing and i’m willing to do the drive just to have you guys do any work or repairs on my santa cruz. friendly, communicative and understanding staff. couldn’t ask for better people!

Cecil was very polite and understood the situation well. He was reassuring that it would be resolved quickly and he would let me know when my car would be ready. He took the time to answer all my questions about what was done to my car. I hope if I have to have service done again in the future he will be able to help us. Great job!!

My car is making a weird noise when I turn on the ac. It didn't make that noise before service. I thought I was supposed to get a free car wash or detail.
