Everything went smoothly. All my questions were answered.
I brought my car in for a motor repair. It was on warranty so it had to be inspected and approved. I received an initial call for this and was given an eta of 2 weeks. I asked if once it’s approved if i could have a loaner since that’s a long time to be w/o a car. He said yeah and he would let me know if it’s approved and if he gets a car in. Next call i get is him saying it’s approved and swapped out but now he needs a new belt and it’ll be another week and still didn’t check on a loaner car for me. When i picked my car up it had 2 rags the broken belt and their tools inside. Not only poor customer service but messy.
Please have your mechanics put settings back to the way they were when it was brought in

Your service people should put down floor mats when working on cars.
Came in for a hissing AC, it was slow to come down to temp and an oil change + tire rotation. I was quoted $200 and 2 hours. I was there 8 hours, and cost me over 600. Tried to get me to buy a $1800 hose, and you've somehow made my AC function worse than when I brought it in. The hissing is gone but now it doesn't get cold anymore. Pretty sure you guys didn't rotate my tires either. If you're going to spend an entire workday of time on something let them know so they don't spend it sleeping in your lobby.
Satisfied with service, although my white interior door handle and windowsill was left with black hand prints. I should be able to remove. Thank you!
