Thank you Dylan for helping me with my tire and most of all making sure my car would be ready for me so I could get my dad to his infusion the next day. This is the second time I’ve come in for service after buying my new Santa Fe. Both times, when I walked in the door to the service desk, Cecil looked right at me and there was no greeting, no “Hello, we’ll be right with you.” I know it’s a small thing but it makes me wonder why I would want to go somewhere where I don’t feel welcomed.
Also, when I went to pick up my car, I was told it was parked out front. After walking outside and not seeing it, I walked around the corner and all the way down in front of the sales area… no car. I then had to go back to Service, and wait for the same woman who told me it was out front to get off the phone, to ask where my car was (it was out back). Again, a little thing but the inconvenience made a big impact.
