Got right in for service and oil changed done in a timely manner.
She provided excellent service during our visit. She explained all actions that would be taken and services that could be provided. When are car was ready she walked us to its location and pointed out the the work that had been completed. We will definitely be making Crossroads our dealer now that we have moved to Colorado.

Had a simple oil change. Now leaks. Normally good results, but this time not so much. Now have to rearrange my schedule to have the Kona back in Monday to fix leak. Not happy. Thanks

Mike was very kind settling me back-and-forth. Although I was told that nobody would be able to drive me home when I arrive somebody was able to.. Everything looks great with the vehicle although I wish they would’ve given it a wash like they usually do. Other than that, all is good.
