Recommended expensive unnecessary services, told me that although I was promised at purchase of the vehicle that ALL services until 36,000/3years were free but now am told my next is my last, and didn’t even bother to wash the truck.
Kristine was very helpful, addressing all of my questions and concerns as well as she could.
Very friendly service, completed quickly. The service was beyond expectations.
While Kristine was at lunch, her co-worker did not cover for her. So I was left sitting in the waiting area for two hours even though my oil change was complete. It wasn’t until I went to ask about my vehicle that the co-worker, who had apparently moved my car, bothered to look up from his cell phone, find the paperwork, and help me. Kristine talked to her supervisor, who agreed to refund the cost of the oil change. I appreciated her for doing that.
I wish I would have known, asap, that what was needed was covered under warranty. I was very concerned all day what it was going to cost me.

Service person was very good with prompt service and communication. However I was disappointed with two items:
1) I noticed after service was complete the type of oil was stated as 0 - 20 W Synthetic, I checked my records at home and saw that the oil should have been 5-30 W Synthetic, I called the service department to look into why 0-20W was used and was informed that the paperwork was in error and that the proper oil had been used. I requested that the error be corrected within the serviceorder and was informed that it had been closed out and wasn’t possible to update.
2. Also on the service order a car wash is included in the complimentary service, I was informed that the Detailers were not available for a car wash. So, nothing was offered or mentioned.
To summarize, the service people are polite, professional, prompt, and explain the issues, my problem is the quality and delivery of accurate record keeping could be improved. Also delivery of what (e.g. car wash)is listed in the service order was not completed
