Cecil was an outstanding service advisor to work with. I really appreciated his communication skills, ability to explain the options and make the repair work an enjoyable experience. I got absolutely no information from the advisor, but was told it was all good to go and the inspection had nothing on it. No tire depths or brake measurements. I understand these may not be an issue at 6k miles but electric cars are heavy and I'd like a tire update to make sure I'm not suprised when I need ones. Everyone at the front counter seemed less than pleased to be there. I have gone to many independent shops that made me feel welcome and this did not.

Kristine was terrific. The tech, however, forgot to clear the tire pressure reading on the display after the tire rotation. Not a big deal.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the service desk after 1hour and 50 minutes and saw my vehicle sitting out in the lot. 20 minutes later I received a text saying my car was done. Love the idea of receiving text updating how the car is coming but needs to be up to date
Kristine and Dillon are great. I feel like they understand service and listen to what the issues are. I’m sure it’s not any easy job. I’m really grateful for them both. Please do whatever is needed to keep them for a while okay?!

Kristine was very professional, courteous & prompt and thorough with handling the process of getting my car serviced and describing what was needed first the final repair.
Dylan was polite, accommodating, and very helpful. He explained everything and answered all my questions.The 60k service suggestions were well done. I was aware of these but an additional issue of seeping head gaskets was also mentioned. I appreciate the extra suggestions. Steve Griffin

Low tire pressure light was on even after our multi-point inspection. Otherwise service was good and we appreciated they were able to fit us in!
