Dylan was fantastic to work with. We were stranded with a broke down vehicle and he helped to expedite our service to get back on the road. He also phoned us a couple hours after we were on the road to see how things going. Great customer service! Thanks

Paid for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was brought around, we knew the tires had not been rotated. We have damage to one of the rims so we knew it was in the same spot. They took it right back into the garage and got them rotated.

Dylan did great. I am very disappointed that it may take weeks/months to get the parts for my brand new Ioniq 9. As a new Hyundai customer, this is not the level of customer service that I believe Hyundai strives for. And definitely impacts my previous top-notch opinion of my interactions with Hyundai.
