When I brought the car in the service center, I made specific instructions/request on how the tires should be rotated. The technician said that he understood. After waiting for 1.5 hours when the car was ready, I found out that they had completely ignored my instructions. I had to tell the same thing to another technician and wait for another half hour until the car was ready. This time it was done correctly. Chris, the second technician, was very helpful and took care of the issue.
No longer washing the vehicle after service is completed.

Please educate your tech so the can service a job properly
Cecil was great boy I don’t appreciate about the dealership is all the ridiculous add-on suggested services such as fuel injector cleaning for $300 plus etc. not necessary stuff

I came in for oil change that I had scheduled for this week? They had my car in being looked at within the first 15 minutes upon my arrival. I was able to stay in customer service center wait area which had complimentary coffee or water while we waited. I was notified of each progression of my vehicle as tech finished finished one item and started the next until my vehicle was ready?

Just adding to the failings of last time, more overpriced services pitched because regardless of a draw on battery it shouldn’t have failed within a year, I’m not paying $100 for a $15 air filter install, and my dashboard is still glitching. Also no car wash again which used to be included but again 4 services isn’t 3 years of maintenance…

I called and asked if you could replace my headlights before I brought the car. I told you that is what I wanted when I dropped off the car. It wasn't time for an oil change but I asked them to do that when I dropped off my car. I received a text to approve the work and did what I thought was approving the work. When I came to pick up the car, the headlights weren't touched. I was told it was because I rejected the work. If the response you get from the online request, you should have protocol to call and follow up. Not everyone is tech savvy. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I wouldn't even use this dealership if it weren't for my very good friend Arla Reimer working there.
