I had a scheduled appointment at 7:00 AM and was there 15 minutes early. I was greeted by my service manager at 7:00 AM and I explained what I needed done. It was my 25K maintenance and a recall notice. They took the Rogue to the back and then she came out later and explained services that they recommend for the 25K. I agreed to the services and was told it would take about 4 hours or so. I was ok with that. She did offer the courteous drop off for me to my house and pickup since I had no way to get back there. I declined as I was told it was only 4 hours. And I was fine with that. Around 11:00, she came back and told me it would be 2 additional hours. She did offer one more time the courteous drop/pick up. I was a little frustrated but still good with it. I went and got some lunch. At about 1:30 to 2:00, she came back out and said it would be another 2 hours. This time I was not offered the drop off/pickup. At 4:30, I was finally able to leave. This was 9 1/2 hours I spent at the dealership. Each time I was told it would only be a couple of more hours. To top it off, the service manager said that they did not the courteous wash they have done before because of a crack in the windshield. Except the crack has been there before I had my 20K maintenance and they did it then. And if they were worried about the crack, they did not necessarily need to wash that if they were worried about it. But that is nit picking. The gist is that I spent 1400+ dollars on recommended services, including the fee for using the credit card, and spent 9 1/2 hours at the dealership. I heard her tell the another customer that they were shorthanded because of call outs. This is a standard line I have heard in the past by dealerships to explain why they take so long. You should be more upfront and say it may take up to **** actual hours. Since Nissan should have trending data to show what it takes to do a service based on how many people there are. I mean you can give me numbers on what it is going to cost and let me decide. You should be able to say with the services you are providing, and given we are shorthanded, it will take **** number of hours to do the services I pick, it will take this long. Then I can decide if I want the services, not necessarily based on the money, but based on the time. I okay'ed the service because I was told 4 hours. But then it rolled into 9 1/2 hours. If I had known it was going to be that long, I would have delayed some of the services until my next maintenance as they were recommended but not required based on the service manager. My time may not mean anything to Nissan but it means a lot to me. I had plan to do things as I had taken the day off. For Nissan, I allocated 5 hours as the worst case scenario. The rest of the day, I had things that I needed/wanted to do. The drop off/pick up option was not going to work as I needed a vehicle to do some of the things I wanted to do.
Customer service was Awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful
I dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. for a faulty battery with a bad cell and an oil change. I received no updates on my vehicle. I called at 22:30 p.m. to find out an update. I spoke with Seth, he said the oil change was complete, but they are still testing the battery. He told me they did two test and would do the final test at 3:00 p.m. I got to the dealership at 3:53. My car was still not ready. I left the dealership at 5:45 p.m. In the end I was told the battery was good, but I was not told why it took that long. I left the dealership, feeling under valued as a customer. How can you take up that much of my time and not tell me why? I'm unsure as to weather or not I will continue doing business with you in the future.
The customer service need work
All I go was a oil changet 2 hours and 45 minutes ridiculously. Then when I ask about my car its like it my fault it took do long
Please do better
Justin was very professional and took time to listen to my concerns and work to resolve them to my satisfaction
Very congenital and listened if there were any questions though I could not see what they were doing so I just had to take there word for it.
My whole visit today was awful. I came in to purchase a wheel lock for my Titan. After finding the correct lock the parts employee told me it was easier to just get regular lug nuts instead of putting the lug locks on. Long story short he walks over to the service advisor SETH who tells me it will be $41.00. After sitting there for almost 2 hours just to get four lug nuts put on I was sent to the cashier who tells me the charges are $111.00 plus another 3% for using a charge card. So, being quoted $41.00 then having to pay $115.00 was ridiculous. Seth said he was sorry they misquoted me but all he could do was take the lug nuts off and put my locks back on. After waiting almost 2 hours I went ahead and paid the $115.00. I have never been so disappointed with a dealership. This is a poor way to do business.
Jaclyn was very professional and young man that was the courtesy driver was very personable over all a pleasant experience.
Seth was great as was the service team.
The recalls that needs to be done were handled in a timely manner.
Courteous and concerned about my well-being
Don’t like how the leice doubled from last time so I will be looking else where to go as it’s ridiculous how the price keeps getting bigger and higher. I told the guy I want the same service from last time he says well the price slightly changed. Looking at the receipt I see I was robbed. Why not give people the option to get some $40 oil upcharge. If I wanted that I would request it but don’t say it’s the new lord and actually a whole additional service at my expense! That’s how u lose customers!
Good service from service department.
Always pleased with the service department and Justin Musser. They always do a great job.
The Service Department at **** Smith Lexington is truly the best. I'm never dissapointed. I almost always work with Seth and Madison they are both personal, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone I've always enjoyed having my Rouge serviced there. I'm driving my 4th Rogue. If I need a 5th I'll purchase it from **** Smith.
The work was done was explained to me and I'm very satisfied with the work they did.
The service and the people I have dealt with have been great, have always been very satisfied. My only issue with my recent visits is that last week my vehicle was in for new tires and had a service inspection which brings up all kinds of issues, but two miles after leaving the oil change light came on.i would think that is one of the most basic things that could be looked at, instead I had to bring the vehicle back the next weekend AGAIN. Just seems like an easy thing to check before returning the customers vehicle.
Great staff!! Super helpful!!
thank you, will love use some coupons you sent me if they are still available for maintenance
