Outstanding customer service!
A few items that left me feeling like I was not a valued customer. First I thought at ten thousand mile the tires should be rotated and stated that was one of my reasons for the visit. The tires were not rotated with no reason given. Second, I have highlighted at both service trips that I had an issue with a tire. It was stated at the first service that the tire was fine. At the second service the tire has a hole in the side wall and has to be replaced. The hole in fact was in the shoulder and could be plugged. I was told it was going to cost me over three hundred dollars for a tire. I have been noting the tire issue for a long time and the car and thus the tires are brand new and the customer is to be out of pocket? Service? Care for the customer?
Justin was great. He provided information that I asked for and was very patient as I sought him out several times. He was also personable and friendly while being professional.

Everything went better than expected
We were told the first three services on the vehicle when we bought it we’re going to be free and later found out that was a lie, and had to practically beg for them to keep their word which they did on the first one, but said after that, it’s on us And they were supposed to do a tire rotation and oil change but only did an oil change. Everyone we have dealt with there has been extremely rude with the exception of Wolf. Initially had planned to do more business with them, but will never buy another car from there after the experience we have had.
i was told my car was finished at 4:20 and i got to the shop at around 4:50 and it wasn’t finished and i didn’t leave till after 5:20.
The whole service experience was top notch.

Unknowning to me, my daughter had her oil changed two weeks ago. You would think your mechanics would recognize this. Instead they charged me for a service we didn't need then tired to upcharge us on additional services of $2600. I have no trust in this service department to do the right thing
I was impressed with her knowledge about my truck. She is a very positive reflection on **** Smith Nissan.
