I feel like they gave it back knowing the warning light for the tire pressure wasn't fixed
It shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment then to be told it would be another 90 minutes to diagnose and quote a price to fix the washer fluid pump.

It took way too long just to change my oil. I asked them do not wash my car because I had just washed it. They do not wipe it off so therefore, I had water spots all over my car and I was thinking about buying a new Marano, but I don’t think so because the service department is slow. How do you schedule three oil changes at the same time? Do you have three different bays and three different guys to do it because talking with the people in the waiting room that was the case I think you could do way better on your service and have way more customer satisfaction because I’ve always had this done at Nissan because I bought the car there, but my car is not under warranty and it’s just way too much trouble

No communication, no complimentary car wash and no thank you have a nice day by any member of the staff.
I was shocked at the price. Didn’t ask for any special package. Got an oil filter. Never asked. I’ve never paid more than $80 ish. Usually have coupons we can sometimes used.

It took over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Unfortunately we don’t have three hours ( with drive time) to do this and are going to look at other options.
