Three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. The last dealership (Toyota) usually took about 2 hours. Your service department seemed a bit out of sorts.
It should not take a 1.5 hours to do a schedule oil change. But other than that it was good.
2 1/2 hours for just an oil change. I had an 830 appointment and it was 11 when I got out of there.

Justin was the FIRST to actually explain why there was a recall on my car. Whe I had been in before I wasn’t told I had a choice in the matter at hand. Very frustrated. Justin was great!
No one came out to greet me although there were 3 agents sitting inside. I keep having problems at this location and will not be back.
I went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and I didn’t get out of there until 10 o’clock then he told me that my car needed almost $1500 worth of work but it only has 20,000 miles on it. I didn’t understand what was going on. It didn’t seem very honest to me.
170 oil change! we will never go back to **** Smith for service or sales, slow service even with appt and overcharged!

The service time took way too long. It’s always 2 to 3 hours and when you’re waiting that unacceptable
The service was great but, the price for an oil change has increased quite a bit since my last oul change.
