Usually someone speaks to me about things that need to be done like if I need tires, brake pads or wipers I didn’t get any of that today just got rushed to the payment window and out the door. I’ve had better customer service in the past.
I’m not angry about it. Things happen, I get it. The last couple service visits took a long time to complete, even with an appointment. Today was almost 3 hours to replace a tire pressure sensor in one wheel. I’ll probably only use them when I’m able to leave the vehicle there. Again, not angry. No need to contact me about it. Thanks.
I had tires installed on my Murano. I wasn’t sure if the location was short on staff because it took a little over two hours to install rotate and balance the tires. That may be a normal timeframe however, I was there at 8:30 in the morning. The staff in the customer service area kept me apprised and checked my front camera there had been a blur on it and apparently it was bugs, but Seth did a great job of cleaning it

Please tell your customers about the shop fee you add on to the bill. I do not like being blind sided when picking up my vehicle with an additional charge I was not expecting. Everything else went smooth and professional.
Very good service. Work was done in the allotted time. We will be having our service on our Murano done here from now on.
My coolant reservoir wasn’t filled up after having it replaced. Tried calling but it was after 6. If Justin was the person at the desk he was very polite. My only issue is the reservoir and the feeling of needing to check behind my visit to make sure I get what I paid for. I live about 40 minutes away so driving back is an issue as well. Hoping to get a call back tomorrow.

The work that it was in for was completed, but the ambient temperature is now not reading correctly. This needs to be fixed now. It was working when it was dropped off on Friday.

Mix-up when car was ready. I was waiting in wait area. Was told its ready & went to get car by service area & it was not there. It was parked in parking lot & service person had to find it.
