Person said he couldn't find the appt an hr and a half from when I arrived, I made the week before. Im sure I talked to correct service store to make it. But 2 hrs later they finally got my car ready. And never came to me to go over my service checkup. Service is worse there every time I go. What is so bad I wasnt the only one complaining. Hope they can do better next time.

Jaclyn was a pleasure to deal with from the first call I made to service to schedule my frontiers overdue maintenance. She quickly confirmed that rental accommodations could be made around my availability and the whole action of dropping off, getting rental, and picking up was quick and painless. I will definitely be back to **** Smith for my next service after Jaclyn setting such a professional standard. Thank y'all!
