Vehicle had scheduled appointment and was dropped off at 11:00 am. No completion time or estimate was provided verbally but the provided check in url listed it as " time promissed 3:02pm" in the 15 min leading up until that time I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to the service department who told me they couldn't give me any update that they would have my advisor call me when he got back to his desk. Almost 1 hr later when I hadn't heard from the advisor I called back and was transferred to his desk. The vehicle was said to be ready in 30min. We picked the car up shortly after 4:00pm and I noticed the top of the paperwork, written in hand said "drop off 3:00. " There is and always has been zero point in an appointment with your dealership and communication is extremely poor.

I left my car for recall fix, when I was contacted and told after a 27 point inspection I needed over $700 worth of work done. I had just had my car serviced 3000 miles ago and nothing was mentioned. He was very nice, I just feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I dont need a phone call. I was very dissappointed that I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and the oil change was not complete until 2:15 p.m. What was the point of making and appointment if it takes 4 hours for an oil change.

I was satisfied with the process- scheduling, advanced knowledge of time to complete the factory recall & the arrival/departure. I do not know Jaclyn & what is going on in her life. She was not rude. She was professional. And maybe this is the new world attitude and generational differences- she was not customer friendly, no smile, seemed unhappy. But again, strictly professional/business. A smile goes a long way to bringing a customer back. I felt I was at fault! That’s not good. I mean no disrespect to Jaclyn.

was able to get an appointment, but not by calling. When I called on Friday, I was told there were no appointments available for Saturday. However, when I went online, I found Saturday appointments and booked one. When I brought my car in, I was told about multiple oil change options, which was fine, and everyone there was nice. I left town while the service was being done and came back to pick up my car, only to find that my air conditioning wasn’t working. My car now has 28,000 miles, and I don’t understand how this happened. When I called today, I was told it’s not under warranty and that I would have to pay $200 just to have it inspected. At this point, I’m taking my car somewhere else. I can see why the rating is only three stars. Sadly, I would not recommend this place.

I was not provided any updates on the status of my vehicle via phone call or text message. I dropped off the vehicle and then had no indication of if there were issues or if the vehicle was completed. I still have not received the inspection report as of 7pm on 3/14. Overall, I am disappointed in the service. This is not the first time I have been disappointed and had a lack of communication from the service team. I hope this changes, or I will no longer have my car serviced at this Nissan.

I was there for 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Other people were there for that long also. One person was there since 7:30 and dud not leave 10 am.
