I was there for 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Other people were there for that long also. One person was there since 7:30 and dud not leave 10 am.
Jaclyn went above and beyond to help with my vehicles issues and answered all of my additional questions. She is an amazing employee.
They let you wait one hour after your scheduled appointment, until you start complaining. Service rep not too eager to help, not friendly and not too professional needs better training
Had A 10:00 am appointment for Oil change and maintenance. It took over 4hr for services to be completed. It would have been nice if transportation could have been provided A loader car. They apologize for being behind schedule.
I was very satisfied with Justin's service and the management teams.

The cost to replace 1 bracket was absolutely ludicrous! It should not cost someone $600 to replace. Doesn’t make someone want to go to a dealership to get service or repairs done. Highway robbery!

I know y’all are a big service fleet and you’ll have a lot of cars coming in and out but the work I got performed shouldn’t have taken over five hours. My wife had to sit there and wait on the car so she should’ve been made a priority but mechanical wise the car driving perfect cars was a little steep, but I’m willing to pay it if the car drives good.
Recommended service suggested air & cabin filter replacement. Cabin was done in Oct & air was done in Dec.Did you physically look at each one to see this?
Also, I saw no corrosion on battery terminals which was also recommended as needing cleaning.
