Please tell your customers about the shop fee you add on to the bill. I do not like being blind sided when picking up my vehicle with an additional charge I was not expecting. Everything else went smooth and professional.
Very good service. Work was done in the allotted time. We will be having our service on our Murano done here from now on.
My coolant reservoir wasn’t filled up after having it replaced. Tried calling but it was after 6. If Justin was the person at the desk he was very polite. My only issue is the reservoir and the feeling of needing to check behind my visit to make sure I get what I paid for. I live about 40 minutes away so driving back is an issue as well. Hoping to get a call back tomorrow.

The work that it was in for was completed, but the ambient temperature is now not reading correctly. This needs to be fixed now. It was working when it was dropped off on Friday.

Mix-up when car was ready. I was waiting in wait area. Was told its ready & went to get car by service area & it was not there. It was parked in parking lot & service person had to find it.

Person said he couldn't find the appt an hr and a half from when I arrived, I made the week before. Im sure I talked to correct service store to make it. But 2 hrs later they finally got my car ready. And never came to me to go over my service checkup. Service is worse there every time I go. What is so bad I wasnt the only one complaining. Hope they can do better next time.

Had an appointment at 1pm for a diagnosis test. I was told to come back tomorrow as there was enough time today to complete the test. I live in Prosperity and this was not convenient for me
