I was scheduled for a tune up, when they realized I didn't need a tune up they charged me for a diagnostic test which was 271.00 and didn't do any service to my vehicle...... told me my transmission was bad and a part that I recently got done was damaged when the part was brand new. I will be suing them for my money back and the 5 hours I had to sit and wait for nothing.
Terrible. Money hungry. Tell you things bare wrong when they aren’t.

Oil change pricing - ridiculous
I had an 8:30 appointment, I arrived on time for oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the customer waiting area for THREE HOURS.
I have purchased two new vehicles from your dealership and have been using your service center for over ten years. Not satisfied!
All of my experiences with the service department have been great. No complaints
The oil change that I had an appointment for took entirely too long. I had to go to the service desk to complain and even after that it took almost 15 minutes more. I didn’t even wait for them to come to me to explain all the other things that needed to be done in order for you to make more money off of me. 1 1/2 hours to 1 3/4 hours is way too long for an oil change and us entirely disrespectful of the customer’s time. There wasn’t even anyone in the waiting area the entire time I was there.
Robina was wonderful! we so enjoyed having her as our service representative! I look forward to working with her again!
Mr Musser is a good man . A service man that has earned my full trust never a lie or an unfair excuse.
