I had an appointment at 9:00 am they did tell me they were behind and it would be a couple of hours. After two hours I had to go ask how much longer and they told me it was going to be another hour. When I told them I had to leave they switched technicians and said it would be 15 minutes. They did give me a coupon for free windshield wiper blades to make up for the inconvenience.
Is Emily Ray the service coordinator? She was approachable, very friendly and focused on my service requests.
Emily called like she said she would when our parts got in. Arranged to get car in today and have my husband brought home and someone pick him up when the job was done. She was very kind
