The service team is the reason I bought my Versa here last year and the reason my default service for my Nissan and Hyundai. The service team is warm and welcoming which drastically improves the experience of getting my cars serviced.
Truly wish I had more words for all three of the service members I am lucky enough to interaction with.

The overall service took a very long time. I was there for almost 3 and 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Lucas was extremely nice and apologetic about it and I understood that it was out of his hands and that there was a new system in place. However, the new system seems to be lacking in time management and makes the vehicle servicing took longer than necessary. I also believe a service I received last year was flag as an immediate action item, although it has been completed last year at this location. It’s hard to trust what the mechanics are saying are necessary and what is simply being recommended and this makes me distrustful of what is being said.
Mr. Lucas was the 1st contact walking in for my 1st visit to this location and I will be back. His service and attention was greatly appreciated &spot on with what I needed and wanted.
I brought my car there for an estimate. Originally, I was told a few minutes then when was told two hours which ended up 3 hours and nothing was done. I bought my car from there and have gotten all my service there. As of right now, I will not buy another car from there. I was very aggravated and dissatisfied that they could not give me an estimate which is all I wanted. I went to 2 other places and it literally took them 15 minutes to give me a complete estimate. Very dissatisfied with Nissan.
