2.5 hours is ridiculous for a oil change and tire rotation. Especially since the lady told me it would only be a few more minutes because they were changing some filters and then I see my truck lifted up on a lift for the rotation. Also last time I was in there was some leak apparently found on the drive shaft no mention of it this time even though it wasn't remedied.

I called after my oil change appt to request a quote and schedule another appointment to replace my car battery. A lady shared the service manager would return my call and I didn't receive any follow up. I called a few hours before the service dept closed and even let the lady know Madison was who I worked with earlier that day
