I had an 8:30 appointment, I arrived on time for oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the customer waiting area for THREE HOURS.
I have purchased two new vehicles from your dealership and have been using your service center for over ten years. Not satisfied!

The oil change that I had an appointment for took entirely too long. I had to go to the service desk to complain and even after that it took almost 15 minutes more. I didn’t even wait for them to come to me to explain all the other things that needed to be done in order for you to make more money off of me. 1 1/2 hours to 1 3/4 hours is way too long for an oil change and us entirely disrespectful of the customer’s time. There wasn’t even anyone in the waiting area the entire time I was there.
Robina was wonderful! we so enjoyed having her as our service representative! I look forward to working with her again!
Mr Musser is a good man . A service man that has earned my full trust never a lie or an unfair excuse.

Keep it simple and don’t give a list of additional expenses unless it is actually a need now item.
I brought the vehicle in for one problem and it appears that during the repairs another problem was cost. I'm actually waiting to see if somebody will do the right thing and fix the problem that was caused. That will determine how satisfied I am with the service. I understand that these things can happen, it's how they are made right that will influence me to come back.
There were noticeable dirt/oil smudges on the interior door of the car when my wife got it back. She also noted that the oil change prices had increased significantly. Additionally, she seemed to recall the car was vacuumed out in the past, but it wasn't this time. Thank you.

The gentleman I dealt with when arriving was very nice. When I got my car back it would have been nice if the mechanic or the rep. went over all they did. Even the receipt did not go into detail. All it’s says oil change, rotation of tires and 27point check. What is 27 point check? Also why didn’t talk about the turbo system which is why the car actually needs to be check every 7,500 miles. Please answer me why do they put and oil change sticker for 5,000miles, but they tell you 7,500 is when it’s actually due. Please answer these questions. Thank you

It was 2 hours before I got my car back just for an oil change and with an appointment, with no communication as to why it was so long. I asked about getting my sensor checked and was told it would take 1.5-2hrs so I opted to skip that, but it still took 2 hours. Which, if I would have been informed or someone checked in after 1.5 hours to let me know what was going on, it would have been slightly better.
The service team is the reason I bought my Versa here last year and the reason my default service for my Nissan and Hyundai. The service team is warm and welcoming which drastically improves the experience of getting my cars serviced.
Truly wish I had more words for all three of the service members I am lucky enough to interaction with.
