He was great but I am concerned with the front axle leak I was told about last time I was there. I mentioned it to him and he said that sometimes they can seal themselves after awhile. I wasn’t sure how true that was.
The service was great today.
I am not really sure how there can be a leak bad enough to drip from all around the sunglasses case and soaked the lining all around it. Yet your tech cannot find where is leaking. I feel uncomfortable that I have to pay for a special leak company to come in and find it, when the car is still under warranty.
Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I will definitely get my next Nissan from you guys.
Ms. Robina was excellent to work with. I missed the name of the young man who told me the service was complete, but he was also friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and nice to spend time in.
Appreciate the service - do not like 3% fee for paying with credit card. If that continues you need to check for points/rewards balances automatically instead of relying on customer to ask.

I arrived to have a recall repaired on my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to come back another day because when I scheduled my appointment ,the part was not ordered. I will have to reschedule for another day once the part arrives.
