I was told that my tire needs to be replaced, and that it couldn’t be plugged. I went to the place I got my tires from, and nail was very small. It also didn’t need to be plugged. It seems like I was either about to get scammed or you guys don’t know what you’re doing. I also was told it was not safe for me to drive my car either. Do better because that was ridiculous

I took my 2023 Rouge in for a required oil change and tire rotation I was told by the service advisor that I had to replace all four tires and a battery due to they were both "low". I found this strange in that the car has 12203 miles and the last inspection was in order.she insisted that this was correct due to an inspection. I have noticed on the visit that **** Smith Nissan has become a unwelcoming place since my last visit. Due to the unpleasant and unprofessional unprofessional attitude of your advisor, I have decided not to renewed any future leases or auto purchases in the future. I have leased and purchased numerous vehicles from your dealership in the past.
