This was my first visit to the service department. Excellent experience .
I was told that my tire needs to be replaced, and that it couldn’t be plugged. I went to the place I got my tires from, and nail was very small. It also didn’t need to be plugged. It seems like I was either about to get scammed or you guys don’t know what you’re doing. I also was told it was not safe for me to drive my car either. Do better because that was ridiculous

My experience left a bad taste in my mouth about Nissan, your technicians, and vehicle service. So much so that I may never purchase another vehicle from **** Smith Nissan again.

I took my 2023 Rouge in for a required oil change and tire rotation
I was told by the service advisor that I had to replace all four tires and a battery due to they were both "low". I found this strange in that the car has 12203 miles and the last inspection was in order.she insisted that this was correct due to an inspection.
I have noticed on the visit that **** Smith Nissan has become a unwelcoming place since my last visit. Due to the unpleasant and unprofessional unprofessional attitude of your advisor, I have decided not to renewed any future leases or auto purchases in the future. I have leased and purchased numerous vehicles from your dealership in the past.

She was very helpful identifying and issue with one of vehicles. We have our 2016 model still there waiting on feedback we hope to have in the AM.
No one reviewed recommendations with me. I had a question, called around 12-1 but no one returned my call.
Justin listened to my concerns about my car ! Once the initial 12 point inspection, Justin came promptly to explain the finding and the cost of repair ! I was very pleased ! Thank-you !!!
