Jaclyn was extremely friendly and throughly explained everything about my service. I live an hour away from **** Smith and everyone there is a delight to work with. That’s why I keep making that drive when it’s time for service, the people are just fantastic and they do an excellent job servicing my Rogue.

I thought that I had a 7:30 am appt. for windshield replacement. I was there but the service crew was not ready for me. Someone dropped the ball - my insurance company (Travelers), my local agent, Safelite, or **** Smith Nissan. I wasted an hour driving in from the lake and then driving home. A Safelite scheduler called me late afternoon yesterday to schedule an appointment for the window replacement at a downtown Columbia on June 2.

Price doubled for an oil change. Have been customers since we bought the vehicle a few years ago, but will be doing it myself from now on or finding a reasonable price elsewhere.

She miss quoted me on everything time and price and treated me like it was my fault Call me at the last minute to let me know my car wasn't going to be ready that day.when car was being delivered to me on a Saturday it still wasn't right warning lights coming on car pulling to one side and no compensation for my inconvenience
