Issue with the vehicle wasn’t corrected and selling me other services seemed more important. I’m fully aware that business growth is predicated on new sales however the existing issues should be resolved first.

My tire pressur3 was low and I did not received a check list for my service explaining the tire tread fluids filled etc.
I did not get kept informed of what was happening with my car and they just emailed me the checklist and gave me paper to checkout. I am used to them coming out and asking me if something on the list I won’t done. I did not even see the email till I got home. Then I had to return to the Nissan dealership because of an issue with my cabin air filter, there was not very good communication
Glad they had the part the day I needed it and replaced it quickly.
The only bad thing was our wait time was 3 hours. We've never had to wait like that before. We are loyal **** Smith customers
