I was charged for services that were not done. They were supposed to fix a recall while it was in the shop and the recall was not fixed and no one notified me that it wasn’t going to be fixed.

I went in there because my ac would take about 5 minutes to get cold,well they took it on theirs elves to order a coolant fan for the radiator, which when putting it in they damaged my radiator, so they replaced my radiator. Well my problem I went up there with on the 12th and left it with them and they delivered it to me yesterday 21st is not fixed I have been a loyal customer their with **** Smith for years and never experienced the rude and kirk response when I would call up there about my jeep because for those days I did the status checks..I will be calling back in the morning 23rd to let them know they didn't fix my problem with ac.If they didn't know how to work on a jeep compass they should have sent it to the place that does.I am very disappointed in the way they handle my situation, they only gave me a rental car after he punctured my radiator so I went without for a week.i won't be dealing with **** Smith again after this problem is fixed.I have purchased 3 cars from ur dealership over the years and had my oil changed there forever..This here has really put a bad taste in my mouth.and I had to pay a $250.00 deductible. Because of my warranty contract which Maddison should have waived but said she couldn't. This has really been a very bad experience and n8ghtmare.Thanks I just won't my ac fixed and not hold my jeep hostage for over a week.
Robina was very courteous. The only thing that was bad was the fact I had to pay for my services. I am paying for a service to prevent this from happening. I talked with Madison the Service Manager and had to come back to get this resolved. It wasn't a problem for me since I was still close by. I would still recommend coming there for my service needs. Proper training probably would have resolved this minor issue. I'm not mad nor upset either.

The service tech was fine. I have noticed with the recent services you seem to be getting very expensive..I don’t understand why it cost almost $100 to change e the oil in my truck.
