I received positive & Encouraging service from Robina and Justin!
The service advisor was courteous and nice but whoever worked on my car brought it back to me with the floor mats being filthy, spoke with the manager about this. Not very happy with my first experience!!
Robina was completely wonderful. She was very professional and had a great attitude plus very cute.
Robina does a great job of explaining the service and keeping me informed throughout the process.
Jaclyn, is great with her communication, response time and personality.
Would highly recommend her as a service advisor.

It took far too long. I had an appointment and I still sat in the waiting room, with no tv and no phone chargers that worked, for almost 4 hours. It took 2.5 hours for her to even come in and let me know any kind of update. At that point I was told they were finishing up, but it still took another almost hour and a half.
Robina was very professional and pleasant.
Robina, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She kept me updated on what was being done to my car and time line for it being ready. She also gave my little dog a doggy treat. Thank you for having friendly people like Robina on your staff. Sincerely, Brenda H
Justin is very knowledgeable and patient. He did an excellent job of explaining things and even fixed an issue that arose when I picked my vehicle up. I will always ask for him as my service advisor going forward.

You can reduce my bill. I got there at 7:50 am to have my back brakes done. I set in the waiting room the hold time I was there. No one can to give me an update. I was told at 1:46 pm that my car was ready. I talked with the manager Madison and she apologized.She said my car was ready for sometimes. She said through my wait Jaylen should have come to me. She said, Jaylen told her I said I was going to leave and come back. I never told Jaylen that. However, even with that, Madison said, that should not have happen and she apologized again because she said Nissan does work like that. I have been a Nissan customer for several years. I will appreciate some reward points. I am doing this survey honestly to help your company because I know you take pride in it. By the way, I did not have my phone on me while I was in the waiting area. It was in my car they were working on.

The service was good but drink machine wasn't working.Go back to the free drinks and snacks, you make plenty of money on labor and parts to afford them.
Jaclyn was great. She was very responsive and helpful. At no point did I feel like she was trying to upsell me or an unnecessary service was getting pushed on me. She listened to my concerns about what was wrong with my vehicle and laid out a clear and fair solution to make sure I felt at ease about everything even after I got my truck back.
