I have a 2007 Xterra that occasionally needs extra love. Madison, Justin and the service team have always delivered service on time and without repeat visits and keep an eye on all the necessary upkeep. I’m very happy with the service and confident in their assessments and repairs.

We had to wait 5 days for corporate to decide to install the stereo that was ordered 3 months ago. We dropped off our car on Thursday afternoon & the work was finally completed the next Tuesday. Due to previous commitments i had to be out of town & therefore am having to rent a car at my own expense for an additional 4 days. I believe corporate Nissan should be happily paying for all of the rental made necessary if only for the inconvenience it caused us while they took their time decided. It is unlikely that we will buy Nissan again through no fault of **** Smith of Lexington

He was great but I am concerned with the front axle leak I was told about last time I was there. I mentioned it to him and he said that sometimes they can seal themselves after awhile. I wasn’t sure how true that was.

I am not really sure how there can be a leak bad enough to drip from all around the sunglasses case and soaked the lining all around it. Yet your tech cannot find where is leaking. I feel uncomfortable that I have to pay for a special leak company to come in and find it, when the car is still under warranty.

Ms. Robina was excellent to work with. I missed the name of the young man who told me the service was complete, but he was also friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and nice to spend time in.

Appreciate the service - do not like 3% fee for paying with credit card. If that continues you need to check for points/rewards balances automatically instead of relying on customer to ask.
