We have purchased 7 Muranos and 2 Titans from **** Smith since 2008, and we have had excellent service most of the time. Today, I arrived exactly at the time of our appointment to replace four tires, balance, etc. It was exactly THREE hours later before it was ready. I had advised that I would be waiting but, unlike numerous times in the past, no one advised me of the status at ANY point until it was ready. I am NOT hard to please, but sitting in the dated waiting room for three hours does not constitute good service.

You have lost a loyal customer for a dumb new policy of charging a 3% fee for using a charge card!!!! I have two cars serviced at your dealership but will never bring them back again!!! Your ownership group should be ashamed of there selfs.

I do not appreciate having someone push the sales you are having. I am there for service. If I need service. Then tell me what is needed and the cost. Give me data. But don’t tell me that … it’s been a while since you have had tires and we are having a sale right now. And prepare a sheet with different tires and prices .. when I asked her what the tread size was - She didn’t know. And Didn’t know I had just replaced a tire a few months ago. Don’t try to push your sales without giving me the data to make an informed decision.
Then , I had informed her that I keep my tire pressure at 35. - The tires hold curves better at the pressure. I leave and drive down the street and the pressure was 33. I drove back. Told them that air had been taken out of my tires. And it was still registering 33 when I got to the door.
She told me that you didn’t drive at 45 mph to get a proper tire pressure reading. Lol. When I got the car back. And started it up and drove out of the parking lot , lol. The tire pressure was immediately registering 35…. And I know they did Not drive it at 45 mph in the parking lot.
Be honest. I know they took air out and were just trying to defend themselves.
I will be delighted to give a very POSITIVE review.
Extremely long wait while car sat in bay. Service tech sat in air conditioned service area majority of time.
