The key cover on the drivers door was broken while in your shop and the service manager said it was loose when it came in. I know it wasn’t. He did not offer to make it good. It also took three calls and 7 weeks to get my vehicle in for its recall. The only positive was the recall repair was done in the time they said it would be. But overall I’m totally dissatisfied with the service I received. And now I have to find and purchase a new door lock cover. I will also be reaching out to Genesis corporate.

Respectful, explained everything step by step
I was told that it should take about an hour and a half to do the oil change and rotate the tires. Three and a half hours later it was done.
Next, I paid with my debit card and was still charged an extra 3% for the transaction, even though I input my pin number. That issue needs to be fixed.
Eric and the rest of the people who I spoke to and interacted with today, were very, friendly, polite and professional. Made me feel very comfortable there. Eric even washed my car and vacuumed it! Definitely wasn’t expecting that. But I was so glad it was done! Thank you, Eric.
