Federico was polite and professional. The only feedback is the length of time it took for the oil change. I booked my appointment at 1 pm and it took 2 1/2 hours for this to be completed. It would be nice if it didn’t take that long as I live in Fresno and need to wait for my car to be maintenance.
Frederico got me in right away, greeted me with a friendly smile, very pleasant, and remembered where I like to sit and work while waiting for my vehicle. Exceptional service!

Well my brakes are squeaking really bad and I have brought my vehicle in for this issue to be fixed. One visit I'm told they don't hear the squeaking, next visit I'm told they do hear the squeaking. My brakes were cleaned and greased just for me to bring my vehicle back and 3 days later my brakes are squeaking again.
