From this company, the customer service is zero. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would give them zero stars. We bought used Lexus and when they sold us a car, ac vent was not working. when we bought it, it was Saturday night. They said, “Take the car, and drop it off on Monday; we will fix it for you.” We dropped the car and waited a week, but no call came. We called them 9 to 10 times the next Monday from 9 to 10. Every time, they ignored the call and cut it off. When we went to them in the evening, they told us, “This blower is fixed; it will cost $1,300. If you want it free, you will have to wait for your first payment; then the warranty will start, and we will fix it for you.” The service department was saying this, and we explained to them that when we bought the car, they had told us they would fix it. They said they didn’t know about it; we should talk to the department. Then we went to the sales department. The sales department said, “We have already ordered the part; it will take a couple of weeks, and then we will fix it for you.” I told them, “At least tell us on the phone that our car is not ready. We have come here after leaving our work.” Then the sales department said, “No, the guy from the service department gave you the wrong information. We will fix it for you at zero cost, meaning, they were waiting for your first payment, then they will fix it for you.” These people do not even properly inspect the car before selling it. I told the service guy, “Don’t you inspect it when you sell the car?” He said, “Yes, we did, and then we inform the sales.” This is how it is. Their customer service is zero. Do not buy a car from them. This is a big scam.

Great attitude and service he provided. He was honest but still did his due diligence to get my car issue handled. The service was able to find out the issue that even Genesis in Cerritos couldn’t find. Great work.
It was bad experience... Car was kept for a whole week.. and there were no updates. I had to call them 3-4 times a day, and only get a hold of them once.. The rest of the time it would go to VM or hung up. Not a very fan of Hyundai anymore. The warranty advertised is completed BS.
