Frederico should be running that place. He's a nice guy who's a straight shooter and easy to talk to. Trust me when I tell you people wanna feel important like your business is there specifically for them. When you do that an extra hour wait time or unexpected price increase is much more acceptable. He's that guy

I was quite upset when I came to pick up my car on Wednesday after you guys had it for three and a half weeks to paint the hood of the car. I looked at the hood and there was two smudge marks under the paint and the sales man said I would have to bring it back on Monday for them to redo it again I was quite upset he's supposed to be giving me a rental it's not my fault and I'm very upset about it he left the inside of my car all dusty and then I'm supposed to be the one to clean it up that's ridiculous

I had an appointment for 11 o’clock to get my car serviced and we sat there and waited three hours. That is unacceptable.
