I asked for a car wash they told me yes but it wasn't done.
I came in after making an appointment for a recall matter. After being there for quite some time I was told they couldn't do the recall and that I would have to come back next week. There should have been better planning on your part to ensure that this could be done when I made my appointment. Frustrating.

My tires were never rotated. It says they should be at least every 7500 miles. My passenger seat was in the incline position. It should have never moved. Federico was extremely nice in helping me. He was not there when I picked up car. I really wanted my tires rotated. Very expensive tires to take care of
