I was told it would be a couple of hours to do the job and it took over 4. They never updated me on what was the delay. The service attendant told be he would give me a free detail for waiting yet gave no coupon or any other way to honor that. Very disappointed
The service was great , except, due to unexpected circumstances the time taken to do it was longer than expected. I almost missed another appointment.

Have heard some continued steering noise this morning and will continue to monitor/report to Genesis of Selma as needed. Believe the steering joint was re-lubed however the noise remained. As stated, I will contact service if this continues.
Wish my system (Apple CarPlay settings and link to my phone) was back to normal. It did not connect and only is using Bluetooth at this point. I did reboot (MAP/SETUP) but no change yet.
Overall - good but wish this noise in steering issue is resolved soon.
