I spent nearly 3 hours waiting for my service to be done. When I went up to ask how much longer it would take, I was told is was barely about to be taken into the garage. So after waiting nearly 3 hours I needed to leave without the service being performed because I needed to get to another appointment. Will never be going back to this dealership and will be sure to let people know to avoid it if at all possible.

Overall I had a great customer experience with this location. Erik was very helpful and my car was taken care of promptly and efficiently. I have been to many Genesis service centers, and this was by far my favorite.
