Tiers still need air pressure
1. I was not totally explained I had two charges for a diagnosis. 2. The Rep never returns my calls with concerns. 3. My hood release was broken. I was not informed nor was it repaired. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I gave the Rep plenty of time to call me back from messages I left.

My appointment was at 3:30 and they didn’t start my car until almost 5pm then they said I needed new filters but I’d have to come back because the parts department was already closed. Everyone was polite but I can’t say I’m completely satisfied when I’m being told I’m just going to have to turn around and make another appointment.
