Always enjoy the service but would like the car to be washed also. When we purchased the vehicle there we were told that would be included.
Although we are still troubleshooting the issue with my vehicle, I do feel like I was heard today and that all concerns were taken to consideration thank you Erik for your support. I look forward to working with you in a couple of weeks to continue to troubleshooting my vehicle.
They didn’t do any of the complementary service except oil change. Very disappointed
The car went in with a check engine light stayed at the service center for over a week they said they drove the car over 100 miles I picked up the car drove it 30 to home the whole dash lite up now I have to drive back to the service center and I only have one car? When you make an appt for 9am, it shouldn’t be 10:50am before they ever even look at it & finally get completed at noon. This is why we make appointments! I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hr. This happens EVERY TIME even though I’m assured “it shouldn’t.”
Repair time was much less than estimated. That was very good.

I have been a service customer since 2002. Me and my family have bought all our cars from Selma Hyundai. I always request Mr. Chavez because he always gives great customer service. He has patience and explains everything. He’s been there a long time and I appreciate long term employees because they remember their customers.
Called for a service request regarding a recall on the Genesis (G80; AC unit). It was scheduled for a few weeks out and I brought the car in when instructed. Was told by front office to be there at 0730. Arrived and was told the service staff doesn’t arrive until 8 and was also instructed to go to Nissan as the Genesis service team called out sick. After waiting for 30min the car was taken back and,30min later, brought back out to me. They instructed me that the parts needed to be ordered. I’m confused and frustrated. This is a known recall (as Genesis sent me the mail directly) and I scheduled the appointment weeks ahead of time. Why was the part not ordered at that time. What exactly was the point of me bringing the car in (a 35min drive from my house). This is not acceptable when you consider the level of service Genesis is trying to provide (a high end experience for its owners). While I doubt anything will ever come of this email, as these surveys rarely result in actionable change, I’d like to think that improvements in customer experience would be made in the future.
