Federico was AWESOME!I loved his friendliness and enthusiasm for striving to provide excellent customer service. This was my first time utilizing the valet service, which I was a little hesitant to do, but Federico's genuine nature put me at ease. His personality really lends itself to a positive service experience; I didnt have the greatest xperience with my first service at the same dealership, but Federico has totally turned it around and I wouldn't hesitate to have my car serviced there again. Federico is a gem!

My service rep was great and helped me get my floor mats for my vehicle that I was supposed to receive after I bought my vehicle 6 months ago. I couldn’t get anyone in sales to return a phone call to me and when I scheduled service I explained what happened and he jumped right on it. My only issue with the service was that my vehicle was supposed to be picked up at 8:30 and it didn’t get picked up until 9:15.
Bryan provided great customer service including assistance regarding my car rental. I drive from Fresno to Selma because of the customer service as well as the repair service. Both have been great.
From the time of check in to completion everything was great, we were waiting and we were shown the seating area, was offered coffee and water, and most importantly completed our vehicle service appointment quickly! We appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. Thank you.
The customer service at this dealer is surprisingly top notch. Genesis of Selma did an outstanding job in promoting Federico to the service department. Also, the team of technicians at this facility did a great job on my vehicle. If you are one of the fortunate owners of a Genesis automobile and live in the Central Valley, do not look further and go to Genesis of Selma. I know I will return for all my subsequent services .
