New car less than 250 miles and feature on car failed to operate and technician unable to fix after 4 hours . Second time in for same issue, so far very disappointed. Still have to return a third time for a shot in the dark that it is a module.

Federico is a wonderful service representative! I had a list of problems that were immediately addressed . He has a great way with people! I have used the Selma Genesis Dealership for all my regular service appointments and I have been very happy with the entire staff .

I took my car in to fix an open recall and asked for a diagnostic test for my backup camera sensors. You charged me $200 dollars for that test. When you gave me my car back multiple sensors were going off that were not on before I gave you my car. My power steering is not working and the car is almost undriveable. When I tried to talk to you about it you ignored my complaints and the service guy was extremely rude and condescending. Today the manager Edgar called me saying he wanted to discuss the issue and all he did was reiterate the problem to me like I was an idiot. I told him those sensors were not going off when I gave him the car and he blamed me and treated me horrible and tried to say if I wanted it fixed I would need to pay $4k. This is the second time having to deal with this service department and both times it’s been a horrible experience. I will be looking into the Lemon Law for this vehicle as it’s had multiple problems that just get worse when taking it to your dealership. The customer service with the technicians and the manager are terrible.

I had been having problems with Fresno lithia Hyundai. I made three attempts to schedule an oil change and each time it was delayed by three hours. The first time I went in subsequently I called and was informed that it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait before they could get started. I bought my first Hyundai at Selma auto Mall. So I thought well I’ll just take it down there for service. It was a very good experience kiddos to Ishmael Chavez!!! I will definitely be a loyal patron from now on to your establishment. Thank you! ????

Car was not returned in original condición. Cover not put back into place. Not bothered by this, but thought you should know. Everything else was excelente. Nearly perfect perfect experience.

They used my star tool to remove the tires and they did not put it back. I called and they informed me that someone will call me back but nothing, no one calls me.

Federico was AWESOME!I loved his friendliness and enthusiasm for striving to provide excellent customer service. This was my first time utilizing the valet service, which I was a little hesitant to do, but Federico's genuine nature put me at ease. His personality really lends itself to a positive service experience; I didnt have the greatest xperience with my first service at the same dealership, but Federico has totally turned it around and I wouldn't hesitate to have my car serviced there again. Federico is a gem!
