Staff don’t introduce themselves on the phone, place you on long holds, often without letting you know that you are being placed on hold, do blind transfers, often without letting you know that you are being transferred, and don’t return messages. Additionally, the vehicle doesn’t maintain error codes so that there is no way to determine what is wrong with the vehicle if the check engine light has gone away. There is no diagnostic work done beyond hooking the vehicle up to a computer.

The service provided was good. I also appreciated that they provided a shutter ride to my home so I did not have to wait in their service lobby. After the service to my car was complete, a shutter ride came to pick me up and take me back to my car. I will continue taking car there to be serviced.
