Service Manager never called to keep me up to date on what was happening. After all work was completed never recoeved the diagnostic or the pictures that were taken for hyundai USA. The time frame was extremely slow over 3 months to not have a reasonable solution. If they were friendly I would have purchased new vehicle but decided did not want to do business with selma hyundai again.
Ishmael was very professional and helped me get my car in and out fast very professional.
Service dept was good, but Bernie in your sales department really did a great job. Jessie didn’t show us how to set up our car when we bought it 3 weeks ago. Nobody helped him, and he knew nothing about the car. Bernie took the time to set everything up for me.
It took over an hour and a half before my car hit the rack on a scheduled oil change. I made the team aware of my disappointment. At the time of checkout they did inform me that they had met with the manager to discuss solutions so that this issue would not be repeated in the future. I do hope that this is the case.
Do what you say you are going to do, and when unforeseen circumstances happen make every possible attempt to communicate reality of time and solutions.

I was thankful for the service at Federico rendered with my vehicle. He made sure that all of my questions were answered, and that my satisfaction with the vehicle was top-notch. He hustles in his job, and he is very polite. I appreciate that he doesn’t try to sell me on things that I don’t need or can’t afford. He is fair and doesn’t gouge me financialy, snd he respects that I can only afford to do things in small increments.
Federico was amazing and everything was smooth. Car was extremely clean and service was quick!
