It's rare to have all my questions answered by the same person, Ismael was able to do just that. The answers were not what I wanted to hear, not his fault. The service was satisfactory. I will continue to research Hyundai's warranty. I'm nervous about it.

My car first came in to the service department in May 2025. The original complaint was the car was burning oil. There is no leaks. We were told the Palisade was due for the maintenance and treated as if the oil loss was no big deal. The first invoice was almost $1500. I was told to bring the Palisade in after driving 1,000 miles, over the last 4 months, I have brought my car in at least 5 times. Every time the car is low on oil between 0.6 to 1.6 quarters low. The oil is topped off every time. And then I am told to bring the car back again after another 1,000 miles. I have spent hours waiting for the oil to be checked. I was told a 6-6 hour test would be preformed in the car. So I rented a car for two days. The next time I brought the car again I was told that it was the same test I thought it has already been done. Countless visits with no solution except for my Palisade losing a lot of oil and I am having to drive to Selma every 2-3 weeks. I keep getting told we are waiting on Hyundai for a solution. 4 months of getting ran around with no solution. I am so beyond frustrated that I am just being told to come back again. Then when my husband calls he is told don’t worry we will give a loaner car when we do the 5-6 hour test. My first thought was that was already done. Why am I being told one thing and my husband being told different things. I kept hoping that my Palisade would be taken care of so I haven’t responded to the survey but now 4 months later with zero solution except keep coming back. I am so tired of being ignored and my time being wasted every time I bring the car back. I am told one thing and then told we didn’t write that down. My original issue still have not been addressed after 4 months and I am beyond frustrated.

Waited nearly an hour to exchange the loaner car for my car once service was complete. The driver neglected to call me where didn’t see me at the prearranged meeting place. A call could have saved us both a lot of time and frustration.
Bryan is one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with. He is always honest and I appreciate that.
Bryan was great. Very helpful and explained everything to us in detail. He wasn't pushy or trying to force us into a scenario that we weren't prepared for. We appreciate that

Ishmael should be more honest about diagnosis of the problem and be clear on what should be done car was there 4 days and not a one phone call I had to call to see if it was done . Up sale is good but not at a time when the car is already down no excuse for the misleading.
